Provus knows services quoting better than anyone. After all, the company was founded by the individuals who envisioned, built, and sold the first CPQ products on the market.

Our co-founders led sales and professional services teams for large technology and services companies, and they felt the pain of inefficient processes first-hand. Complex estimates and quotes were manually built and managed on Excel spreadsheets hosted on individual hard drives. Various scenarios were shared via email and a lack of historical data made it difficult to differentiate and identify the best option.

An extremely complex services environment grew as the Services Economy boomed, and bringing individual SaaS products and implementing them together required an agile approach to estimates and quoting.

Mahesh Baxi

Co-founder and CEO

Mahesh Baxi is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Provus. As one of the original innovators of Services CPQ, he is responsible for furthering the company’s leading position in the Services Economy. He is a proven leader with over 25 years of management experience scaling the IT, product, and services operations for global software companies.

Prior to Provus, Mahesh served in executive and senior leadership positions at Clinc, Inc., My Ally, and Apttus. He is a domain expert in CPQ, CLM, pricing, quote-to-cash, and HR tech and has spoken at various conferences on the topics of leadership, customer success, and team building.

Mahesh holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology and is the author of two books.

Stawan Kadepurkar

Co-founder and CRO

Stawan Kadepurkar is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Operator of Provus, where he is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s footprint of customers around the globe. He has over 25 years of experience successfully managing global sales, business, and engineering teams.

Prior to Provus, Stawan served in executive and senior leadership positions at L&T Technology Services Limited, Altran, and Infosys. He has a proven record of building multiple business lines from the bottom up to achieve multimillion-dollar growth and adding marquee logos to customer lists.

Stawan holds a degree from the College of Engineering Pune.

Warren Bernstein

CRO

Warren Bernstein is the CRO of Provus, where he is responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion of customers around the globe to support the company’s leadership position in the Enterprise Services Economy. He is a proven leader with over 35 years of experience successfully managing global sales, marketing, and business strategy teams. He brings a depth of experience and knowledge of business practices from across the globe including a 4-year stint leading teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa while living in the region.

Prior to joining Provus, Warren served in executive and senior leadership positions as CRO at Avnio, AVP and member of the Operations Leadership Team at Conga, and as a VP in multiple business units at IBM during his 30-year career.

Warren holds a B.A. in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College and a M.B.A. in Marketing from the Lubin School of Business, Pace University. He is also a Strategic Advisory Board Member to other Enterprise SaaS companies.

Tod Nielsen

Tod Nielsen is the ex-President and CEO of FinancialForce, an enterprise resource planning company. Formerly of Salesforce, Heroku, Microsoft, Crossgain, BEA, Oracle Corporation, Borland and VMware. Nielsen attended Central Washington University, where he studied Business Administration and Information Systems.
