Technical Skills 

You must have expert-level proven capabilities and experience outlined in the following skills:

1. Minimum 2 years developing Lightning Web Component (LWC) using JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a MUST
2. Minimum 4+ years of APEX development
3. Experience writing unit tests using JEST Framework is desirable
4. Experience with or willingness to learn browser-based testing – ability to run automated tests and if it fails, collaborate with QE to address or fix yourself
5. Understanding of SOLID principle and Object Oriented skill sets are highly desirable
6. Understanding browser-based testing, ability to read Gherkin and TypeScript is preferred

Job Description

As Salesforce Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Be a hands-on technical contributor who will develop both the UI Web Components and the backend Apex controllers needed for features assigned to you.
• Use UI components in the Provus UI Component library and contribute new components as needed
• Work with our UX team and identify Web Components that will be needed to implement the proposed designs.
• Work well in an Agile environment (Scrum) with daily stand-up and scheduled times for Story grooming & estimation.
• Write automation using JEST framework
• Use Git-based code version control effectively
• Adopt best practices for coding, code reviews, forking, branching, and merging code.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce platform advancements and methodically adopt them in Provus’ products
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other applications

About Provus Engineering: 

We are a mature Agile shop that has adopted a continuous delivery process that rides on a fully automated devops pipeline. We use feature flags for all shipped features.

We use Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber – our product managers write acceptance criteria in Gherkin (integrated into Jira). Developers verify these criteria with automated tests written using the JEST framework. The QE team writes automated tests to verify end-to-end business process flow.

Our user interface is built in JavaScript & Typescript and is composed of Web Components. We use Salesforce Lightning Design System Style Guidelines & components where applicable and develop custom Web Components in many cases. Access to data is provided via a single JavaScript module from Salesforce. We use Salesforce’s pub-sub platform events over web sockets to alert the UI to data changes.

SALESFORCE ARCHITECT

Pune, India (Hybrid) | Full-Time

Responsibilities 

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic guidance on how to leverage Salesforce’s capabilities to achieve the company goals
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the team, including developers, quality assurance associates, and product owners
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and follow best practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that optimize the Salesforce platform
• Be a hands-on technical contributor
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends and provide thought leadership on how to incorporate them into our solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using SOAP, REST, and/or middleware solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect

Solution Architect Professional Services

Pune, India (Hybrid) (Remote) | Full-Time

The Solution Architect in our Professional Services organization is focused on implementing salesforce.com-based Quote-to-Cash suite of products, including Services CPQ (configure/price/quote), PSA, Billing management, and other related solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Customers, internal technical teams in developing robust, scalable and flexible solution architectures for customer projects including designing prototypes, building proof of concepts, and preparing architecture roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the Technical Team to deliver a flexible, scalable solution that is aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers’ business requirements
• Act as a liaison between the Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and System Integrators to drive Provus implementations
• Be recognized as a functional expert in Services CPQ and Salesforce domain
• Provide mentorship and guide developers
• Work with Onshore/offshore teams as required
• Participate in pre-sales activities and internal initiatives as required

Experience, Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect working on successful software implementations related to CPQ, Quote-to-Cash or Salesforce.
• Experience with web, database, object-oriented software technologies, SDLC methodologies and Salesforce.com or Force.com
• Hands-on experience in implementation activities (design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and at customer sites
• Able to manage activities across multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to strict deadlines
