Steve De Marco is the Chief Executive Officer of Provus. Steve is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in revenue leadership across top technology and SaaS companies scaling go-to-market strategies, driving operational excellence, and nurturing customer relationships.

Prior to joining Provus, Steve served in senior leadership positions, including Chief Revenue Officer at Cube, Chief Revenue Officer at LeadData, SVP of Global Sales at Malwarebytes, VP of Worldwide Sales at Xactly, and Managing Director at SAP. Steve began his career as a Management Consultant at Accenture.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

Stawan Kadepurkar

Co-founder and CRO

Stawan Kadepurkar is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Operator of Provus, where he is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s footprint of customers around the globe. He has over 25 years of experience successfully managing global sales, business, and engineering teams.

Prior to Provus, Stawan served in executive and senior leadership positions at L&T Technology Services Limited, Altran, and Infosys. He has a proven record of building multiple business lines from the bottom up to achieve multimillion-dollar growth and adding marquee logos to customer lists.

Stawan holds a degree from the College of Engineering Pune.

Warren Bernstein

CRO

Warren Bernstein is the CRO of Provus, where he is responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion of customers around the globe to support the company’s leadership position in the Enterprise Services Economy. He is a proven leader with over 35 years of experience successfully managing global sales, marketing, and business strategy teams. He brings a depth of experience and knowledge of business practices from across the globe including a 4-year stint leading teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa while living in the region.

Prior to joining Provus, Warren served in executive and senior leadership positions as CRO at Avnio, AVP and member of the Operations Leadership Team at Conga, and as a VP in multiple business units at IBM during his 30-year career.

Warren holds a B.A. in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College and a M.B.A. in Marketing from the Lubin School of Business, Pace University. He is also a Strategic Advisory Board Member to other Enterprise SaaS companies.

Tod Nielsen

Tod Nielsen is the ex-President and CEO of FinancialForce, an enterprise resource planning company. Formerly of Salesforce, Heroku, Microsoft, Crossgain, BEA, Oracle Corporation, Borland and VMware. Nielsen attended Central Washington University, where he studied Business Administration and Information Systems.
